Poetry Reading with Colleen Redman
Originally from the South Shore of Boston, Massachusetts, Colleen Redman is a Floyd Virginia, blogger who has contributed news stories, features and photography for The Floyd Press newspaper from since 2006. Her poetry has most recently been published in Artemis Journal and Floyd County Moonshine. She is the author of several books of poetry and has been a featured reader at Floyd’s Little River Poetry Festival. Along with fellow-poet Katherine Chantal, Redman has been on a Soulful Aging Poetry Tour since 2021, sharing call-and-response readings at a Radford University death and bereavement class for counselors, a Death Café, The Little River Poetry Festival, Floyd Yoga Jam and a Be Well Now retreat.

Local Floyd musical duo, Kris & Jeff Kiko-Cozy, play an eclectic mix of Eastern European, Scandinavian & Celtic folk tunes, blues, popular tunes from the 1930s, and Medieval & Renaissance music ranging from exuberant to soulful to contemplative. Kris is a classically-trained clarinetist, also playing soprano & alto recorders and Jeff is a self-taught guitarist with a unique rhythmic style.

Myth Makers (Adult)
Join Dungeon Master Chris Bolduc for an epic D&D adventure from Oct 6th-Nov 3rd on Sundays from 2-4 pm. This campaign is for adults of all experience levels. Screw your courage to the sticking place! Each session can accommodate 6 players. New sessions starting monthly. Cost $60.

Flowers on the Fall Equinox
Learn the art of creating a sweeping centerpiece for your fall tablescape, and practice incorporating succulents for a fun botanical twist.
